Hello

Hi, I’m Angela (but you can call me Mich)! I’m a design student at The University of Texas at Austin, pursuing my BFA in Design with a Minor in Business Administration. My passion lies in creating impactful visuals and innovative 3D product designs that blend creativity with functionality.

My Journey

My design journey started with a fascination for how everyday objects could be reimagined and improved. As a first-generation student, I’ve learned the value of resilience and creativity in overcoming challenges, which has deeply influenced my approach to industrial and 3D product design. Through internships and hands-on projects, I’ve developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for solving complex problems.

What I do

I specialize in 3D product design and industrial design, working to create products that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. I’m skilled in tools like Rhino 3D, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma. My design process integrates research, sketching, and rapid prototyping to bring innovative concepts to life.

Off the clock

When I’m not immersed in design projects, you can often find me hanging out with my dog, Rambo, or sketching new ideas. Drawing has always been a way for me to explore creativity, and I love finding inspiration in Japanese cartoons for both my art and design work. Whether it’s experimenting with new art styles or reimagining objects through industrial design, I’m always looking for fresh ways to push my creative boundaries.
